Our Second Meeting | My Journey In Science 4

Today is September 11,2020. And we had our meeting with our Science Teacher, Sir Mariano. Today we had our short meeting about our first activity which is all about "Expectation". 

While checking the soft copy of our activity,we experienced some mistakes regarding the file. Because our teacher posted the file in Google Docs,meaning we can all see what our classmates answering or doing. So one of our classmate,Mabel told us to download the file and answer it on Microsoft Office Word.




After that,our teacher told us that he can see all of us in the Google Meeting. We are all clueless on how he did that. He sent us a picture of his screen that he's actually seeing all of us in the screen! We we're amazed and shocked haha. He told us that we need to explore more about Google Meet so that we can know how to do that.

While on the meeting, the weather is not good. It is making loud sounds of thunder and began to rain so heavily. So I experienced some Internet Connection errors.


On our said activity,we are going to say what we are expecting on ourselves,on our classmates,and on our teacher. For my answer, I am expecting myself to learn more about Science. Expecting that I'm gonna have good grades and will be part on the class top 10. And for my classmates,I am expecting them to be matured and will do better this year and incoming years. And I also expect them to work hard. I am expecting my teacher to include many real life experiences or instances where the subject being taught can be used.

 And that's it for today. I am also expecting my readers to enjoy my blog/journals here. I am expecting good meetings with my classmates and my teacher.

    I enjoyed reading your blog! So descriptive. I also like how you thought of expecting your Science teacher to give you real life lessons and experiences, for sure it will really help you guys to mature and be ready for your future.

Today, we just recapped about the lesson we tackled last meeting which is about the Atomic Bond, Octet Rule, and the Valence Electrons. Our teacher assigned us to identify the electron configuration of the other elements using the noble gases and the Pauli's Exclusion Principle.                       Above is one of the example our teacher assigned us to do. We first used the Noble Gas notation then after that we used the Electron Configuration which is the longest one to write.  We use noble gases to add shortcut on the Electron Configuration. W e will just follow the next aufbau principle with the last aufbau principle with the noble gas provided. For the Electron Configuration, we are just going to follow the aufbau principle until it reaches the exact amount of the atomic number of the element we need.
